GHS has partnered with Central Washington University and is offering HUM 101. Exploring Cultures in the Ancient World. Students will receive their high school credits and may earn 5 college credits from CWU. However, the college credits will cost the student $275 for the semester. The cost is set and directly paid to CWU, so it has the potential to change. A parent/guardian signature is required to purchase college credits It is described in CWU’s course catalog as a course that is an interdisciplinary exploration from literature, history, philosophy, and the arts of selected major ancient civilizations in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas from their beginnings through the 15th century.
