This class is offered to students who are seniors and have not met Washington State standards in English Language Arts. The class is designed to support students in achieving college readiness skills. In addition, students will receive rigorous course work in a variety of genre, with a focus on the writing process, including time spent evaluating the credibility of information, discussion through seminar and an emphasis on student independence, productivity, persistence, and reflection.
