In this course students will have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of interior design. This will include: principles and elements of design, color concepts, floor plans, fabric selection, space planning, lighting and window treatments. Students will create 3-D digital rooms as well as a box shoe 3-D room. Design templates, drafting supplies, colored pencils, and magazines are helpful tools for this course.  FCCLA is the student leadership component integrated into this class.
